The United Nations has advised of the pitfalls of smartphones in seminaries, stating” only technology that supports literacy” is earned in seminaries.
Mobile bias can beget distraction, threaten pupil sequestration, and lead to cyber-bullying says Unesco, the UN’s education, wisdom, and culture agency.
But lower than one- in four countries have laws or programs banning phones in seminaries, the report set up.
In the UK, head preceptors set the rules but restrictions apply in utmost seminaries.
