EastEnders spoilers: EastEnders star Molly Rainford has opened up about her character Anna Knight’s hunt for her mute Rose.
Coming week, Anna desperately seeks out answers about her missing mama – ignorant that’ Rose’ is actually Cindy Beale, who lately made her return to the show.
Speaking about Anna’s growing curiosity about her mama , Molly explained that her character has noway stopped hoping that she’d return.

“ I suppose she, out of her and Gina, has always been the one to hold on and support her mum,” she said.” She’s always been the one to wonder the reason why she left as she believes their mum would n’t have just left with no explanation. I suppose she’s always been so curious and always hopeful. ”
Speaking about the lengths Anna goes to, the actress revealed “ Anna steals some cash from The Vic till because she’s so hopeless. She’s been saving the plutocrat for a while and it got to a breaking point for Anna where she demanded to find out.
” With the plutocrat she has, Anna hires a private investigator to help her find, or at least get some information or explanation, about her mum. I suppose she’s veritably hopeless at this point. ”

evolving on her decision to matriculate a PI, Molly said “ Anna has a lot of exchanges with Freddie and Bobby about chancing people in their families and I suppose their curiosity to find their loved bones
largely plays a part in Anna wanting to find her mum.
” That idea of having nothing to lose, in the sense of if she does n’t find her also she’s no worse off, but if she does, she ’ll get further information about herself and her identity. I suppose that’s the thing that overrides it and persuades her to reach out to the investigator. ”
Molly also admitted that stealing plutocrat is “ 100 out of character” for Anna, noting that she” is n’t a dishonest person at all” and” it just shows that despair indeed more”.

” It’s surely not commodity that she’d do and I suppose that’s why her family do n’t believe it’s her at first, because it’s just so out of character. Deep down, she of course did n’t want to do that but it’s the last resort for Anna.”
“ I suppose Anna has a massive conflict between doing what’s right for her versus what’s right for her family,” she continued.” She knows she’ll open some old injuries by doing this and she does n’t want to hurt her pater
by going against him.
” Anna is veritably happy with her family situation at the moment, she loves Elaine, so would n’t want to beget any detriment in that relationship, but she’s also at the age where she needs to know answers about her own identity.

” By doing this however, she knows she ’ll have to go against what her family wants but I suppose she has to be selfish in this moment. ”
The star also noted that Anna “ surely feels shamefaced” about going behind her family’s back, adding” Anna is selfless and I suppose this whole situation of trying to find her mum is relatively out of character as she has noway gone against her family ahead.
” I suppose it just shows how important it’s to her, as she surely feels so shamefaced because she knows what has happed in the history and what the family went through. ”
